2Product Authenticity & Information
All products sold on our website are genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors. We guarantee the authenticity of all AMBRANE, EVM, and GADPRO products. Product specifications, images, and descriptions are provided by the manufacturers and are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
However, manufacturers may update product specifications or features without prior notice. We recommend verifying product specifications before purchase.
3Manufacturer Warranty
All products come with the manufacturer's warranty as specified by AMBRANE, EVM, or GADPRO. The warranty period varies by product category:
- AMBRANE Products: Warranty period as per manufacturer (typically 12 months)
- EVM Products: Warranty period as per manufacturer specifications
- GADPRO Products: Warranty period as per manufacturer guidelines
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. Original product invoice and proof of purchase are required for warranty claims.
4Returns and Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for products in unused and original condition with all packaging intact.
- Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging
- Proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective
- Opened or used products are not eligible for refund but may be covered under manufacturer warranty

5Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro cities: 2-3 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5-7 business days
- Remote locations: 10-15 business days
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, or courier issues. Customers will be notified via email with tracking information.
6Payment and Security

9Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are sold "as is" with all faults. We make no warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturers. We disclaim all express or implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of rights.
10Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Customers agree to resolve disputes through amicable settlement or legal proceedings as applicable.
