1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the PA5NCH website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We are an authorized reseller of AMBRANE, EVM, and GADPRO products. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2Product Authenticity & Information
We guarantee that all products sold—including AMBRANE, EVM, BOAT, and GADPRO—are 100% genuine and sourced directly from authorized distributors. Product specifications and images are provided by manufacturers; while we strive for accuracy, manufacturers may update features without notice. We recommend verifying specifications before purchase.
3Manufacturer Warranty Policy
All products are covered by limited manufacturer warranties against manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs are strictly excluded. A valid PA5NCH invoice is mandatory for all claims.
- AMBRANE Products: 180 days from the date of purchase.
- EVM Products: 1 year for all products; 2 years specifically for Power Banks.
- GADPRO Products: 1 year from the date of purchase.
4Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
At PA5NCH, we strive to provide high-quality gadgets and accessories. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery.
- Process: Once notified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup.
- Inspection: After the product is received and inspected, a replacement will be dispatched if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
- Requirement: A clear unboxing video and a handover video at the time of pickup are mandatory for verification.
5Out-of-Stock Items
If a product you have ordered is out of stock after the payment is processed, we will issue a PA5NCH Gift Card of equal value.
- Validity: This gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of issuance and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
- No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds; all credit is provided via gift cards or coupon codes.
6Warranty-Based Issues
If your product begins to malfunction during its warranty period (as specified by AMBRANE, EVM, or GADPRO), our team will assess the issue.
- Guidance: We will provide step-by-step instructions on how to apply for a replacement through the respective manufacturer’s service network or our support channel.
7Important Return Conditions
Verification: To protect your purchase, always record an unboxing video. Claims without video proof may be declined.
- Condition: For non-defective warranty claims, the product must not have physical damage, liquid damage, or signs of unauthorized repair.
- Return Shipping: For approved defective returns, we will manage the pickup. In other instances, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
8Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 2–3 business days.
- Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days.
- Remote Locations: 10–15 business days.
9Payment and Security
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their payment information.
10Limitation of Liability
As an authorized reseller, PA5NCH is not liable for:
- Manufacturing defects (covered by manufacturer warranty).
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data or damage caused by improper use or neglect.
11Intellectual Property
All brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective manufacturers (AMBRANE, EVM, GADPRO). We do not claim ownership of these marks.
12Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
